The Original Monster Truck Rivalry

Bigfoot vs Grave Digger was one the best rivalry in monster truck history. You could watch Bigfoot and Grave Digger battle it out on television networks like ESPN, ESPN2, TNT Motorsports, and more.

This rivalry spanned for over 3 decades, there were other great trucks that were part of the series like Bearfoot, Carolina Crusher, USA 1, No Problem, Jersey Outlaw, Master Of Disaster, and others before USA Motorsports were bought by Field Entertainment in the late ’90s and soon bought trucks like Grave Digger and others.

Bigfoot didn’t give in and left was is now Monster Jam in 1998. After 1998, it was harder to watch these two iconic trucks battle it out except if they were booked at a monster truck event not named Monster Jam.

The last known race between these two was in 2011 in Englishtown, NJ where Grave Digger beat Bigfoot and both haven’t competed against each other since. I hope that someday we will see these two trucks race again in the future. Here is the history of Grave Digger vs Bigfoot.
