2017 Millville Monster Truck Show

Over the weekend, New Jersey Motorsports Park held its annual Monster Truck Show for the third year in a row. that monster trucks invaded New Jersey Motorsports Park.

The show featured 4 monster trucks like Bigfoot, Thrasher, Xtreme Diesel, and Bad News Travels Fast. The show also featured Quad Wars racing between Team New York vs Team New Jersey and the Chattanooga Choo Choo Jet Car.

Before the show took place, there was a pit party for the kids and adults to have fun from racing remote control cars, winning prizes, monster truck rides, kids playing in bounce houses, and getting driver’s autographs.

One of the reasons why I love coming to these shows is because you can talk to the drivers. Drivers will talk to you and tell you about the trucks from parts to how they build the bodies, where they’re heading next, their history of driving monster trucks, and more. They are the friendliest people you will ever meet. Where else can you go and get that kind of interaction with the stars of a sport?

Despite only having 4 monster trucks there and not 5, it was still a good show. Xtreme Diesel beat Bigfoot in the finals and the 4 trucks put on a really good freestyle show. Xtreme Diesel stole the show in freestyle with its hood completely coming off and the fans just went nuts.

Quad racing was fun to watch despite not being able to see them with dust blowing from the backside of the track and Chattanooga Choo Choo Jet Car burned a car to close the show. Overall, I enjoyed this show and can’t wait to return in 2018.
