On the day Comcast Corporation announced it had signed a deal with the WWE to stream the WWE Network on Peacock. They made another move with the announcement that the IndyCar Pass on NBC Sports Gold is moving to Peacock at the start of the 2021 season.
As part of the move to Peacock, fans can watch live practice, qualifying, Indy Lights races, race replays, archives, library content, and more. Penske Entertainment Corp. On the move to Peacock, President & CEO Mark Miles said, “Peacock Premium will offer NTT IndyCar Series fans in-demand track action at tremendous value. Alongside NBC Sports, we’re providing comprehensive coverage of practice and qualifications throughout our season, while also connecting to a larger platform with a world-class roster of programming.”
IndyCar now joins the Premier League, Speed Skating, Figure Skating Pass, Rugby Pass, Supercross, and Pro Motocross as being the latest NBC Sports Gold subscriptions being moved to Peacock. Peacock has three different plans. You can sign up for free to watch limited shows with ads available at no cost. The other plans include ads for $4.99 or $49.99 a year, or no commercials cost $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year.
The 2021 NTT IndyCar season starts April 18th at Barber Motorsports Park that will air live on NBC.
