On Monday, the BC Lions signed wide receiver T.J. Rahming and defensive lineman/linebacker Michael Divinity Jr. Both players entered mandatory COVID procedures before practicing with the Lions.
T.J. Rahming played college for the Duke Blue Devils from 2015-18. He started in 47 games with the Blue Devils and had 253 receptions for 2,919 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 15 carries for 85-yards.
The 24-year-old from Powder Springs, Ga, went undrafted in the 2019 NFL Draft. However, he attended training camp with the Washington Redskins and later signed with the Miami Dolphins practice squad in 2019.
Michael Divinity Jr. played 29 games at Louisiana State University (LSU) from 2016-2019. He had 105 tackles; 17 of them were for losses, eight sacks, one interception, two passes defended, four fumble recoveries, two forced fumbles, and one defensive touchdown.
The 24-year-old from Marrero, LA, went undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft. He signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers but was waived. He later signed with the Seattle Seahawks to their practice squad but was released later.
