On Tuesday, the Ottawa Redblacks re-signed defensive backs Sherrod Baltimore and Brandin Dandridge to one-year extensions.
Sherrod Baltimore is a 29-year-old from Fort Washington, Maryland, who played college football in Maine. He has played 47 games in four seasons for the Redblacks, with 112 tackles, two interceptions, and one forced fumble.
Baltimore on re-signing with the Redblacks said. “I’d like to thank the front office, my coaches, my teammates, and OSEG for believing in me. I love the City of Ottawa, I love this community, and of course, I love #RNation, the best fans in the CFL. This is my second home, and I can’t see myself anywhere else.”
Brandin Dandridge is a 25-year-old from Lee’s Summit, Missouri, who played college football at Missouri Western. He played 12 games in two seasons with the Redblacks with 23 tackles and four interceptions.
Dandridge on returning to the Redblacks said. “I love playing in Ottawa in front of the best fans in the league. I want to be a part of bringing a title to this city because the fans deserve it.”
