Bridgeport Motorsports Park releases 2022 schedule

On Monday, Bridgeport Motorsports Park officially released the 2022 schedule.

Highlighting the 2022 shows are the Doug Hoffman Memorial, Monster Truck Throwdown, Super DIRTcar Series, World of Outlaws, USAC Sprint Cars, and Danny Serrano Weekend.

The season kicks off on March 25^th with the Doug Hoffman Memorial. The Modifieds will run 60 laps to win $6,000. On May 3^rd, the Super DIRTcar Series and Speed STR’s race on the 4/10th mile speedway.

The World of Outlaws NOS Energy Sprint Cars come on May 17^th, along with the Street Stocks. The winner of the Street Stocks wins $500.

Monster Truck Throwdown will make two appearances this year. The first show is on May 28^th-29^th, and the second show is on September 17^th-18^th.

On September 10^th, it’s Championship Night featuring the Modifieds, 602 Sportsman, and Street Stocks.

The Danny Serrano Weekend starts September 23^rd, with MASS, SS, underdog, and Mod practice (3 lock-in). On September 24^th, the Modifieds triple 20’s, Mod Dash, Precision Hydraulic Invitational, MASS, and 602 practice (only two rounds take 6).

The Danny Serrano Weekend concludes on September 25^th, with the Modifieds 100 laps, Match races, 602 Sportsman 40 laps, and 4 Cylinder Stock Cars.

On October 28^th-30^th, the Extreme Sprint Car Weekend Triple 40’s featuring 410’s minimum racing 40 laps to win $15,000. Also appearing at the show are the URC 360 Sprints (40 laps), USAC EC 360 Wingless Sprints (40 laps), and the remaining divisions TBA.

The 2022 season concludes on November 4^th-6^th, featuring the Modifieds that will race 50 Laps to win $5,000. The weekend also features the URC, USAC EC, 602 Sportsman, Street Stocks, Vintage, Underdog 20, STR, and 4 Cylinder Stock Cars.
