Goalies Felix Sandstrom and Kirill Ustimenko return to the Phantoms

On Wednesday, the Philadelphia Flyers announced that goalies Felix Sandstrom and Kirill Ustimenko have been loaned to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms from the Taxi Squad.

Felix Sandstrom made his Flyers debut on December 30th against the San Jose Sharks. He allowed three goals on 43 saves. This year for the Phantoms, he played 15 games with a record of 3-7-3-1, making 355 saves (.896%), and allowed 41 goals (3.08 GAA).

Sandstrom played 28 games for the Phantoms with a 9-10-6-1 record with 709 saves (.902%) and allowed 77 goals (3.08 GAA).

Kirill Ustimenko played seven games for the Reading Royals with a 0-4-2 record, 0.893 save percentage, allowed 23 goals (4.09 GAA) on 215 shots.

Earlier this year, Ustimenko played two games for the Phantoms with a 0-1 record, allowing four goals (4.00 GAA) on 25 shots (.862 SV%).

The Phantoms are back in action tonight against the Hershey Bears at 7 pm.
