On Monday, the Saskatchewan Roughriders re-signed wide receiver Justin McInnis to a one-year contract extension.

Justin McInnis played six games in 2021 with five catches for 83-yards. The Roughriders drafted McInnis in the first round (6th pick) in the 2019 CFL Draft out of Arkansas State. In 2019, McInnis played 14 games with ten catches for 149-yards.

At Arkansas State, McInnis played 38 games in three seasons (2016-18) with 120 catches for 1,631 yards and ten touchdowns. In 2018, McInnis finished second in receiving with 61 catches for 748 yards, and five touchdowns.

Before joining the Red Wolves, McInnis played one season at Dodge City Community College with 49 catches for 964 yards and seven touchdowns.
