On Tuesday, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats re-signed wide receiver/punt returner Papi White to a one-year contract extension. White was scheduled to be a free agent on February 8th.
Papi White played five games in 2021 with 11 catches for 105 yards, one touchdown, and 13 carries for 43-yards. On special teams, White had six punt returns for 90 yards and one kickoff return for 23-yards.
White played 45 games in five seasons at Ohio University (2014-18) with 161 catches for 2,620 yards and 19 touchdowns.
