On Sunday, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed kicker Dante Brown and defensive lineman Donovan Glave.
Dante Brown spent the 2021 season with the Edmonton Elks practice squad. The Elks drafted Brown in the fifth round (41st pick) in the 2020 CFL Draft out of Fort Hayes State University (2017-19). At Fort Hayes State, Brown made 47 of 56 field goals (83.9%) and made 134 punts for 5,684-yards.
Donovan Glave played 16 games in two seasons at McMaster University (2019, 2021) with 52 tackles, 3.5 sacks, one force fumble, and one fumble recovery.
Before transferring to McMaster University, Glave played 24 games in three seasons at Mount Allison University (2015-18) with 64.5 tackles, 5.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one pass block.
