Ottawa Redblacks signs five players, including former Temple WR Ventell Bryant

The Ottawa Redblacks signed five players on Tuesday, including former Temple wide receiver Ventell Bryant.

Ventell Bryant recently spent time with the Carolina Panthers in 2021. Bryant signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent from Temple.

After the Bengals, Bryant spent two seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. He played 12 games with one catch for 15 yards and one touchdown. On defense, Bryant made five tackles.

At Temple, Bryant played 48 games in four seasons (2015-18) with 173 catches for 2,444 yards, ten touchdowns, and four carries for 21 yards.

The other players that signed with the Redblacks were RB Sirgeo Hoffman (Portland State), WR Siaosi Mariner (Utah State), WR Seantavius Jones (Valdosta State), and OL Connor Berglof (Saskatchewan).
