On Friday, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats re-signed offensive lineman Jesse Gibbon to a one-year contract extension. This will be Gibbon’s third season in Hamilton.
Jesse Gibbon (25-years-old) played 14 games in 2021. The Tiger-Cats drafted Gibbon’s in the first round (2nd pick) in the 2019 CFL Draft out of Waterloo.
In his rookie year, Gibbon’s played 18 games. The Tiger-Cats offense has helped the team reach two straight Grey Cup title games. In college, Gibbon’s played 32 games in four seasons (2015-18) at the University of Waterloo.
