On Monday, the BC Lions re-signed offensive lineman Peter Godber to a one-year contract extension. Godber was scheduled to become a free agent tomorrow.
Peter Godber (27-years-old) played 14 games in 2021. The Lions drafted Godber in the first round (3rd pick) in the 2018 CFL Draft from Rice University. Godber has played 24 games in three seasons with the Lions.
At Rice University (2013-17), Godber played 48 games and started 35 games at both left and right guard. He helped the Owls win the Conference USA title in 2013 and the Hawaii Bowl in 2014.
