On Tuesday, the Saskatchewan Roughriders signed former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jake Dolegala to a one-year contract.
Jake Dolegala (25-years-old) spent the 2021 season on the Miami Dolphins practice squad. Before the Dolphins, Dolegala was on the Green Bay Packers and New England Patriots.
Dolegala signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2019 from Central Connecticut. He was a third-string quarterback in Cincinnati. After the Bengals, he spent two seasons with the Patriots. He was released after the Patriots drafted Mac Jones.
Jake Dolegala played 44 games in four seasons (2015-18) at Central Connecticut with 654 of 1,136 completions for 8,129 yards, 48 touchdowns, 29 interceptions, 233 carries for 452 yards, and 18 touchdowns.
