Wade Allison returns to Lehigh Valley, and Kirill Ustimenko heads to Reading

The Philadelphia Flyers activated forward Wade Allison on Saturday and loaned him to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. Allison is coming off an MCL injury. The Phantoms also announced that goalie Kirill Ustimenko was loaned to the Reading Royals of the ECHL.

Wade Allison (24-years-old) played seven games for the Phantoms this year with three goals and one assist (4-points). Allison suffered a high ankle sprain that kept him out of action earlier in the season. Allison’s last game with the Phantoms came on January 19th, against the Penguins, when he scored a goal. He is on a three-game scoring streak.

Allison played one for the Flyers this year back on January 22nd, against the Buffalo Sabres. In 15 career games, Allison has four goals and three assists (7 points) for the Flyers.

Kirill Ustimenko (22-years-old) returns to the Reading Royals playing 18 games with an 8-6-3 record, allowing 45 goals (2.71 GAA) and 491 saves (.916 SV%) in 998 minutes.

Ustimenko played seven games for the Phantoms with a 1-3-2 record, allowing 14 goals (2.39 GAA) and 154 saves (.917 SV%) in 351 minutes.

The Phantoms play the Charlotte Checkers tonight at 7:05 pm.
