New Orleans Breakers draft former Eagles LB Shareef Miller

New Orleans Breakers

During Thursday night’s USFL Supplemental Draft, the New Orleans Breakers selected former Penn State and Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Shareef Miller.

Shareef Miller (24-years-old) had brief stints with the Atlanta Falcons and Arizona Cardinals in 2021. The Philadelphia Eagles drafted Miller in the fourth round (138th pick) in the 2019 NFL Draft from Penn State.

The Philadelphia native had two stints (2019-20) with the Eagles but never played a regular-season game. In the 2019 preseason, Miller had eight tackles. Miller also had stints with the Carolina Panthers, Arizona Cardinals, and Atlanta Falcons.

At Penn State, Miller played 40 games in three seasons (2016-18) with 100 tackles, 14.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and two fumble recoveries.
