Toronto Argonauts adds former Boise State WR A.J. Richardson

On Friday, the Toronto Argonauts signed former Boise State Broncos wide receiver A.J. Richardson.

A.J. Richardson (26-years-old) was with the Arizona Cardinals practice for two seasons (2019-20). He signed with the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent.

Richardson played four seasons (2015-18) at Boise State with 99 catches for 1,474 yards and 11 touchdowns in 53 games.

In Richardson’s junior year, he had 33 catches for 494-yards, and two touchdowns, including catching two passes in the Mountain West Championship game for 53-yards in 14 games.

Richardson caught 54 passes for 825 yards and eight touchdowns in 13 games in his senior year. He is part of Boise State’s 2015 Poinsettia Bowl and 2017 Las Vegas Bowl championship teams.
