Winnipeg Blue Bombers bring back defensive back Robert Priester

On Monday, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers brought back defensive back Robert Priester.

Robert Priester tried out for the Edmonton Elks in 2021. He was among the final cuts at the end of training camp.

In 2020, Priester played five games for Tampa Bay Vipers (XFL) with nine tackles, one sack, and one interception.

Priester is no stranger to the CFL. In 2018, he played two for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers with seven tackles.           

Priester played three seasons for the Wyoming Cowboys (2015-17) with 103 tackles, one sack, 12 pass breakups, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries.
