The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed former Missouri Tigers wide receiver Johnathon Johnson on Friday.

Johnathon Johnson (25-years-old) signed with the Washington Football Team as an undrafted free agent in 2020. In 2021, he was in training camp for the BC Lions.

The Memphis, Tennessee, native spent five seasons (2015-19) at Missouri with 153 catches for 2,190-yards, 13 touchdowns, and seven carries for 135-yards in 46 games. Johnson had 11 kick returns for 172-yards, 29 punt returns for 229-yards, and one touchdown on special teams. In 2016, he was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team.
