On Saturday afternoon, the New Jersey Generals (3-1) won their third straight game at Protective Stadium with a 21-13 win over the Pittsburgh Maulers (0-4).
New Jersey Generals quarterback De’Andre Johnson was 9/10 for 98-yards, one touchdown, no interceptions, and 11 carries for 14-yards. Generals’ quarterback Luis Perez went 11/14 for 102-yards, no touchdowns, and no interceptions.
New Jersey running back Darius Victor had ten carries for 57-yards, one touchdown, and three catches for 21-yards, while running back KaVontae Turpin had four carries for 37-yards, one touchdown, and six catches for 28-yards.
Wide receiver Alonzo Moore caught three passes for 104-yards and one touchdown. The Generals’ defense had 54 tackles, one sack, and three pass breakups.
Pittsburgh Maulers’ quarterback Kyle Lauletta was 15/32 for 169-yards and two carries for 11-yards. Maulers’ running back Garrett Groshek had 14 carries for 37-yards and one touchdown. Pittsburgh wide receiver Kenneth Walker III had nine catches for 110-yards, and the Maulers’ defense had 62 tackles and one pass breakup.
