On Saturday afternoon at Protective Stadium, the New Jersey Generals (4-1) continued their hot streak with a 27-17 win over the New Orleans Breakers (3-2).

New Jersey Generals quarterback De’Andre Johnson went 14/21 for 213 yards, no touchdowns, one interception, ten carries for 39 yards, and two touchdowns.

Generals’ running back Darius Victor had 17 carries for 95 yards, one touchdown, and one catch for 12 yards, while wide receiver KaVontae Turpin had five catches for 106 yards. The Generals’ defense allowed 270 yards, 66 tackles, two interceptions, and ten pass breakups.

New Orleans Breakers quarterback Kyle Sloter was 15/36 for 155 yards, two touchdowns, two interceptions, and two carries for 12 yards.

Breakers’ running back Jordan Ellis had 12 carries for 42 yards, while wide receiver Jonathan Adams had four catches for 60 yards and one touchdown. Breakers’ wide receiver Johnnie Dixon was second in receiving with four catches for 29 yards and one touchdown. The Breakers’ defense allowed 401 yards, 73 tackles, one interception, and three pass breakups.
