On Saturday afternoon at Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama, the Birmingham Stallions (8-0) clinched the South Division title with a 10-9 win over the New Orleans Breakers (5-3).

Stallions’ quarterback J’Mar Smith was 15/29 for 183 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and seven carries for 45 yards while running back Bo Scarbrough had 14 carries for 54 yards.

Wide receiver Adrian Hardy had had three catches for 43 yards and one touchdown, while the defense allowed 313 yards, 70 tackles, one sack, three interceptions, and ten pass breakups.

Breakers’ quarterback Kyle Sloter went 23/40 for 251 yards, no touchdowns, and three interceptions while running back Anthony Jones had ten carries for 27 yards and one touchdown. Wide receiver Taywan Taylor had four catches for 76 yards, and the defense allowed 301 yards, 72 tackles, four sacks, one interception, and five pass breakups.
