On Monday, the BC Lions re-signed wide receiver Keon Hatcher to a one-year contract extension through the 2023 season. Hatcher caught four passes for 55 yards and one touchdown in a Lions 59-15 win over the Edmonton Elks Saturday night at BC Place.
Keon Hatcher (27-years-old) is in his second season with the Lions. Last year, Hatcher had 17 catches for 214 yards and two touchdowns in his first season.
The Owasso, Oklahoma, native played five years at Arkansas (2012-16) with 130 catches for 1,866 yards, 19 touchdowns, 21 carries for 159 yards, and one touchdown in 47 games.
After college, Hatcher signed with the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent and caught one pass for eight yards against the Baltimore Ravens in 2018. He also spent time with the Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, and the New York Jets.
