Webb played college football at Ohio State (2014-17) with 131 tackles, six interceptions, two touchdowns, seven pass breakups, two fumble recoveries, and one forced fumble in 35 games. He signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent and spent two seasons on their practice squad.
