On Sunday, the Edmonton Elks signed former UCLA linebacker Keisean Lucier-South and former Wilfred Laurier wide receiver Ente Eguavoen.
Keisean Lucier-South (25-years-old) played four seasons at UCLA (2016-19) with 122 tackles, 7.5 sacks, one interception, one touchdown, 15 pass breakups, four forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in 46 games. The Santa Monica, California, native went undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft.
Ente Eguavoen (24-years-old) played one preseason game for the Montreal Alouettes with one catch for 19 yards. The Mississauga, Ontario, native played six years at Wilfred Laurier (2016-19, 2021) with 97 catches for 1,427 yards and seven touchdowns. Eguavoen also returned 30 kickoffs for 470 yards and nine punt returns for 23 yards in 32 games.
