On Wednesday, the Saskatchewan Roughriders signed former Northern Illinois and Indiana defensive end Weston Kramer.

Weston Kramer, a 24-year-old from Naperville, Illinois, was with the Ottawa Redblacks in training camp with one sack in the preseason.

Collegiately, Kramer played four seasons at Northern Illinois (2017-20) with 97 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and two pass breakups. In 2019, he was named Third-team All-MAC, and in 2020 was named Second-team All-MAC. After Northern Illinois, he transferred to Indiana with 35 tackles, two sacks, and one fumble recovery.
