On Tuesday, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed former Valdosta State offensive lineman Brandon Kemp. The 25-year-old from Atlanta, Georgia, attended training camp for the Indianapolis Colts this year after spending two seasons with the Tennessee Titans.
Kemp played 43 games in five seasons at Valdosta State (2015-19), helping Valdosta State finish the 2018 season undefeated and win the Division II National Championship over Ferris State 49-47. The Blazers’ offense were the highest scoring team (728 points), averaging 52 points per game.
