On Sunday, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed former Kansas State defensive lineman Bronson Massie to the practice squad. The 24-year-old from Lufkin, Texas, had 12 tackles in 11 games during the 2021 season. In the 2021 Texas, Massie had three tackles, helping Kansas State win the Texas Bowl 42-20 over LSU.

Massie played five seasons at Kansas State (2017-21) with 53 tackles, 3.5 sacks, three pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 53 games. After his collegiate career ended, he attended mini-camp for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
