On Tuesday, the BC Lions signed former Arizona Rattlers offensive and defensive lineman Kenny Thomas to the practice squad. The 25-year-old from Montgomery, Alabama, played 24 games for the Arizona Rattlers (IFL) and had two tackles in 13 games last season in Arizona.

Before joining Arizona, Thomas attended the Chicago Bears rookie camp. Collegiately, Thomas played four seasons at Louisville (2015-18), playing 41 games at guard and tackle, protecting 2019 NFL MVP Lamar Jackson, who won the 2016 Heisman Trophy.
