On Saturday evening at the Surfers Paradise Street Circuit in Gold Coast, Queensland, the Repco Supercars Championship held race 31 of the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500.
Shane van Gisbergen dominated the race, leading 69 of the 85 laps to win his 20th win of the season over David Reynolds by 16.8 seconds. In addition, Gisbergen clinched the 2022 Repco Supercars Championship.
The rest of the top ten finishers were Chaz Mostert third, Will Davison fourth, Cam Waters fifth, Anton De Pasquale sixth, Brodie Kostecki seventh, James Courtney eighth, Mark Winterbottom ninth, and Nick Percat tenth.
