Calgary Stampeders signs former Southeastern Louisiana WR/TE Tim Wilson Jr.

On Wednesday, the Calgary Stampeders signed former Southeastern Louisiana wide receiver/tight end Tim Wilson Jr. The 24-year-old from Plano, Texas, attended a rookie minicamp with the Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints.

Collegiately, Wilson played two seasons at San Diego State University (2017-18) with 25 catches for 451 yards, and three touchdowns in 12 games. Then, he transferred to Southeastern Louisiana (2020-21) with 31 catches for 398 yards, six touchdowns, six carries for 47 yards, and one kick return for five yards.
