Philadelphia survives in Chicago for their 13th win of the season

Philadelphia quarterback Jalen Hurts was 22/37 for 315 yards, three interceptions, 17 carries for 61 yards, and three touchdowns. Running back Miles Sanders had 11 carries for 42 yards. Wide receivers DeVonta Smith (5 catches, 126 yards) and A.J. Brown (9 catches, 181 yards) combined for 14 catches for 307 yards. Kicker Jake Elliott made one of two field goals for 32 yards.
