The Saskatchewan Roughriders signed former Samford University wide receiver Kendall Watson on Friday.

The 23-year-old from Chattanooga, Tennessee, had 88 catches for 1,034 yards, 6.8 average receptions per game, ten touchdowns, and one carry for one yard in 13 games for the Bulldogs. Watson was named SoCon Second-Team All-Conference.

Collegiately, Watson played five seasons at Samford University (2018-22) with 167 catches for 2,064 yards, 14 touchdowns, and two carries for six yards in 47 games.
