The Hamilton Tiger-Cats re-signed defensive lineman McKinley Williams on Friday.

The 24-year-old from Miramar, Florida, played one game for the Tiger-Cats in 2022 with one tackle. He spent part of the season on Hamilton’s practice squad. Before signing with Hamilton, Williams attended training camp for the Indianapolis Colts.

Collegiately, Williams played six seasons at Syracuse (2016-21) with 122 tackles, four sacks, and one fumble recovery in 61 games. In his senior year, Williams had 23 tackles and 1.5 sacks in 11 games.
