BC Lions signs former Minnesota offensive lineman Quinn Oseland

The BC Lions signed former Minnesota Golden Gophers offensive lineman Quinn Oseland on Monday. The 26-year-old from Springfield, Illinois, played for the Conquerors of The Spring League.

Collegiately, Oseland played four seasons at the University of Minnesota (2015-18) playing 13 games at left guard and right tackle. In 2017, the Gophers’ offense had 1,513 passing yards, nine touchdowns, and 2,189 rushing and 20 touchdowns. The offensive line allowed 22 sacks and 62 tackles for loss. He is a two-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree.

Then, Oseland went to San Jose State as a graduate transfer in 2019. He played 12 games at right tackle. The Spartans’ offensive line helped the rushers gain 1,307 yards, and 19 touchdowns, while the quarterbacks threw for 4,056 yards and 24 touchdowns.
