The 2023 CFL Free Agency signings kicked off on Tuesday. The Edmonton Elks, Montreal Alouettes, Ottawa Redblacks, and Saskatchewan Roughriders made plenty of moves. Former Alouettes quarterback Trevor Harris signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, while former Roughriders quarterback Cody Fajardo signed with the Montreal Alouettes.
