Edmonton Elks re-sign LB Tobi Antigha and add two players

The Edmonton Elks signed former Alcorn State quarterback Felix Harper, and kicker Michael Domagala, and re-signed linebacker Tobi Antigha on Thursday.

Felix Harper, a 24-year-old from Fairburn, Georgia, was on the Montreal Alouettes practice squad late in the 2022 season. Before signing in Montreal, Harper attended the Cleveland Browns training camp after going undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft.

Harper played four seasons at Alcorn State (2017-19, 2021) with 417 of 685 completions (60.9%) for 5,619 yards, 55 touchdowns, 15 interceptions, 173 carries for 396 yards, and 12 touchdowns in 32 games. In 2019, he was named All-SWAC First Team, SWAC Offensive Player of the Year, and HBCU All-American.

Michael Domagala, a 27-year-old from St. Catharines, Ontario, made 12 of 16 field goals (75%), converting four of five extra points, and 65 punts for 2,910 yards in 17 games for the Ticats in 2022. In two seasons in Hamilton, Domagala made 19 of 26 field goals (73.1%), converted 12 of 15 extra points, and had 90 punts for 3,996 yards in 23 games.

Collegiately, Domagala played six seasons at Carleton University (2013-18) making 73 of 96 field goals (76%), converting 132 field goals, and 347 punts for 13,474 yards in 42 games for the Ravens.

Tobi Antigha, a 29-year-old from Tampa, Florida, made 18 tackles, one interception, and one forced fumble in 12 games for the Elks in 2022. This will be his second season in Edmonton.

In 2017, he signed with the Saskatchewan Roughriders. He played two seasons in Saskatchewan with 59 tackles, seven sacks, three interceptions, and one touchdown in 35 games.

In 2019, he signed with Toronto Argonauts and made 23 tackles and two interceptions in 11 games. After Toronto, Antigha signed with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2021. He made nine tackles in eight games.

Collegiately, Antigha played three seasons as a wide receiver at Presbyterian College (2011-13). He made 64 catches for 886 yards, and nine touchdowns in 28 games for the Blue Hose. In his final season, Antigha recorded three games with over 100 yards in receiving. He finished the season with 54 catches for 764 yards and eight touchdowns.
