The Reading Royals announced on Tuesday they traded forward Jordan Timmons to the Kansas City Mavericks for future considerations. The 24-year-old from Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, scored two goals and eight assists (10 points) in 27 games for the Royals.
Last season, Timmons wrapped up his collegiate career at Long Island University with eight goals and eight assists (16 points) in 29 games for the Sharks before signing with the Idaho Steelheads. He scored one goal and two assists (3 points) for the Steelheads.
Timmons played three seasons in the USHL with the Sioux City Musketeers, Muskegon Lumberjacks, and Cedar Rapids RoughRiders with 27 goals and 25 assists (52 points) in 88 games.
Then, Timmons started his collegiate career at the University of Connecticut (2018-19) with two assists in 36 games for the Huskies. Afterward, he transferred to Robert Morris University in 2020 with nine goals and two assists (11 points) in 13 games for the Colonials before going to Long Island University for his final season.
