B.C. Lions sign former Montana State defensive back Tre Webb

The B.C. Lions signed former Montana State defensive back Tre Webb on Monday. Webb is six foot two and weighs 202 pounds. The 24-year-old from Riverside, California, attended the Atlanta Falcons training camp in 2022.

Collegiately, Webb played five seasons at San Jose State (2015-20) with 192 tackles, six tackles for loss, half a sack, one interception, 13 pass breakups, and two forced fumbles in 36 games for the Spartans. In his final season, Webb made 49 tackles, three tackles for loss, and five pass breakups in eight games. He was an Honorable Mention All-Mountain West in 2020.

Then, Webb transferred to Montana State in 2021 with 70 tackles, two tackles for loss, one interception, and three pass breakups in 15 games for the Bobcats. He was named Third Team All-Big Sky Honors.
