The NTT IndyCar Series held qualifying for the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach on Saturday afternoon on the streets of Long Beach, California.
Andretti Autosport driver Kyle Kirkwood won his first pole of the season with a lap time of 1:06.2827 seconds at 106.879 mph. Joining Kirkwood on the front row is Chip Ganassi Racing driver Marcus Ericsson with a lap time of 1:06.3253 seconds at 106.819 mph.
The rest of the top ten starters are Romain Grosjean third, Alex Palou fourth, Scott Dixon fifth, Pato O’Ward sixth, Colton Herta seventh, Josef Newgarden eighth, Scott McLaughlin ninth, and Felix Rosenqvist tenth.
The NTT IndyCar Series Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach race airs on Sunday at 3 pm on NBC.
