NTT IndyCar Series Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix Starting Lineup

Romain Grosjean celebrates winning the pole at Barber Motorsports Park

The NTT IndyCar Series held qualifying for the Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix on Saturday afternoon at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama.

Andretti Autosport driver Romain Grosjean won his second pole of the season with a lap time of 1:05.8396 at 125.760 mph. Starting next to him is Chip Ganassi Racing driver Alex Palou with a lap time of 1:05.9130 at 125.620 mph.

The rest of the top ten starters are Pat O’Ward third, Scott McLaughlin fourth, Scott Dixon fifth, Christian Lundgaard sixth, Josef Newgarden seventh, Felix Rosenqvist eighth, Rinus VeeKay ninth, and Alexander Rossi tenth.

The NTT IndyCar Series Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix race airs on Sunday at 3 pm on NBC.
