The Montreal Alouettes signed former Northern Illinois linebacker Michael Kennedy on Wednesday. Michael Kennedy is six foot one and weighs 225 pounds.

The 23-year-old from Chicago, Illinois, was named to Phil Steele’s All-MAC fourth team after finishing his senior season with 32 tackles (11 solo, 21 assists), 6.5 tackles for loss, and 5.5 sacks in 12 games for the Huskies. His 5.5 sacks tied the team lead.

Michael Kennedy played five seasons at Northern Illinois (2018-22) with 106 tackles (47 solo, 59 assists), 17.5 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, two pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 52 games.
