The Saskatchewan Roughriders released wide receiver Jake Parker on Friday. Jake Parker is six foot one and weighs 210 pounds. Parker signed with the Roughriders in November 2022.
Jake Parker played one season at Tyler Community College in 2014 with four catches for 59 yards in four games for the Apache. Then, he transferred to Texas Tech in 2015 but did not play. After Texas Tech, Parker transferred to Howard Payne University (2019-21).
He made 123 catches for 2,282 yards, 21 touchdowns, 19 carries for 138 yards, one touchdown, 14 kick returns for 200 yards, and 15 punt returns for 207 yards, one touchdown, seven tackles (6 solo, 1 assist), two interceptions for 50 yards, two pass breakups, and one blocked kick in 25 games for the Yellow Jackets.
