The Montreal Alouettes released defensive back Kerfalla Exumé on Thursday. Kerfalla Exumé is six foot and weighs 197 pounds.

The 29-year-old from Montreal, Quebec, did not play for the Alouettes in 2023 with a shoulder injury. He signed a contract extension with Montreal in February. He made six tackles in 18 games for the Alouettes in 2022. In two seasons with Montreal, Exumé has 24 tackles in 32 games.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers drafted Exumé in the eighth round (70th pick) in the 2019 CFL Draft. In his rookie season, Exumé had 25 tackles in 18 games for the Blue Bombers when they won the 2019 Grey Cup. In 2021, Exumé signed with the Alouettes as a free agent.

Collegiately, Exumé played four seasons at the University of Montreal (2015-18) with 26 tackles, two interceptions, four pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 22 games for the Carabins.
