The New Jersey Generals signed running back Jalen Holston and defensive lineman Victor Jones on Tuesday.

Jalen Holston is five foot eleven and weighs 210 pounds. The 24-year-old from Stockbridge, Georgia, was drafted by the Generals in the ninth round (69th pick) in the 2023 USFL Draft. He declared for the 2023 NFL Draft but went undrafted.

Collegiately, Holston played six seasons at Virginia Tech (2017-22) with 315 carries for 1,235 yards, 13 touchdowns, 22 catches for 176 yards, one touchdown, and three kick returns for 46 yards in 59 games for the Hokies. In his final season, Holston had 90 carries for 321 yards, five touchdowns, and ten catches for 66 yards in 11 games.

Victor Jones is six foot four and weighs 255 pounds. The 24-year-old from Sacramento, California, was drafted by the Generals in the fourth round (31st pick) in the 2023 USFL Draft.

Collegiately, Jones played four seasons at Wyoming (2018-21) with 72 tackles (35 solo, 37 assists), 10.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, one interception for three yards, four pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 37 games for the Cowboys.

Then, he transferred to Akron in 2022 with 53 tackles (24 solo, 29 assists), 11.5 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, and three pass breakups in 12 games for the Zips.
