The Calgary Stampeders signed long snapper Maxime Latour to the practice squad on Wednesday

Maxime Latour is six foot four and weighs 250 pounds. The 30-year-old from Valleyfield, Quebec played 11 games for the Argonauts in 2022, helping them win the 109th Grey Cup. In 2021, Latour played six games in Toronto, including the 2021 Eastern Final against Hamilton.

In addition, Latour spent time with the Ottawa Redblacks and played three games for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2019. Collegiately, Latour played four seasons at the University of Sherbrooke (2014-17) playing 28 games as a long snapper.
