The Pittsburgh Mauler re-signed running back Madre London, defensive linemen Will Miles and Nasir Player, and defensive backs Malcolm Elmore and Keith Gipson for the 2024 season on Tuesday.

Madre London is six foot one and weighs 220 pounds. The 27-year-old from Little Rock, Arkansas, had 66 carries for 254 yards, one touchdown, and three catches for 24 yards in ten games for the Maulers, of which two were starts.

The Maulers signed London as a free agent in April 2022. He had 96 carries for 415 yards, one touchdown, and eight catches for 34 yards in ten games, of which one was a start.

Before Pittsburgh, London signed with the Alphas (TSL) after going undrafted in 2019. He had 16 carries for 61 yards in a Week 2 victory over the Conquerors. Then, he played in the Fan Controlled Football League’s Glacier Boyz in 2021 with 13 carries for 41 yards, and three catches for 23 yards in four games.

Then, London signed with the Cologne Centurions (ELF) that same year with 269 carries for 2,009 yards, 22 touchdowns, 11 catches for 71 yards, and one touchdown in nine games. He was named ELF MVP and ELF All-Star.

Collegiately, London played three seasons at Michigan State (2015-17) with 230 carries for 924 yards, eight touchdowns, 13 catches for 100 yards, and one touchdown in 33 games for the Spartans. Then, London transferred to the University of Tennessee in 2018 with 42 carries for 206 yards, three touchdowns, and two catches for five yards in 12 games for the Volunteers.

Will Miles is six foot five and weighs 281 pounds. The 25-year-old from Rock Island, Illinois, had 14 tackles (10 solo, 4 assists), four tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and three pass breakups in ten games for the Maulers last year. The Maulers signed Miles as a free agent on May 24, 2022. Miles played two games with one tackle in 2022.

Before Pittsburgh, Miles signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent on May 1, 2022. Collegiately, Miles played two seasons at Arizona Western Community College (2016-17) as an offensive lineman and tight end for the Matadors. They won two WSFL conference championships and NJCAA Region 1 Champion.

Then, Miles transferred to Northwestern State but quickly switched to Central Methodist University as a defensive lineman. He played four seasons (2018-21) with 139 tackles, 46 tackles for loss, 16 sacks, and six pass breakups in 24 games for the Eagles. He was an NAIA Honorable Mention All-American in 2021.

Nasir Player is six foot five and weighs 271 pounds. The 26-year-old from Columbia, South Carolina, had 28 tackles (17 solo, 11 assists), three tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one pass breakup in ten games for the Maulers in 2023.

The Maulers drafted Player in the third round (23rd pick) in the 2022 USFL Draft. He had 14 sacks (9 solo, 5 assists), two tackles for loss, and one sack in nine games in 2022.

Before Pittsburgh, Player signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent on April 27, 2020, but was released during training camp. Then, he signed with the Alphas (TSL) in 2021.

Collegiately, Player played four seasons at East Tennessee State (2016-19) with 182 tackles (97 solo, 85 assists), 40 tackles for loss, 18.5 sacks, four forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, one interception, one touchdown, and three pass breakups in 43 games for the Buccaneers. He was named First Team All-SoCon in 2017.

 Malcolm Elmore is five foot eleven and weighs 185 pounds. The 25-year-old from Higginsville, Missouri, made one tackle in ten games for the Maulers in 2023. The Maulers drafted Elmore in the fifth round (317th pick) in the 2022 USFL Supplemental Draft. Elmore made 27 tackles (18 solo, 9 assists), one fumble recovery, and one pass breakup in ten games in 2022.

Before Pittsburgh, Elmore signed with the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2020 but was released during training camp. Collegiately, Elmore played four seasons at Central Methodist University (2016-19) with 133 tackles, 15 pass breakups, and eight interceptions for 223 yards in 35 games for the Eagles. He was named Second Team Heart All-Conference.

Keith Gipson is six foot two and weighs 200 pounds. The 28-year-old from Killeen, Texas, made 26 tackles (19 solo, 7 assists), two tackles for loss, two interceptions, and seven pass breakups in ten games in 2023.

The Maulers drafted Gipson in the second round (295th pick) in the 2022 USFL Supplemental Draft. In 2022, Gipson had 25 tackles (19 solo, 6 assists), one interception, and six pass breakups in nine games.

Collegiately, Gipson played one season at Mississippi Valley State in 2014 with 32 tackles (19 solo, 13 assists), and one pass breakup in nine games for the Delta Devils.

Then, he transferred to the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor (2018-21) with 211 tackles (137 solo, 74 assists), 14 tackles for loss, 13 interceptions for 108 yards, two touchdowns, 33 pass breakups, two fumble recoveries, four kick returns for 74 yards, 12 punt returns for 205 yards, and one touchdown in 48 games for the Crusaders.
