The Lehigh Valley IronPigs (65-55, 24-18) game against the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (59-61, 25-21) on Thursday night from PNC Field was postponed due to unplayable conditions.
It had rained earlier in the day and the RailRiders’ grounds crew tried to get the water off of the field but there was too much on the ground and it was not safe to play the game.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Saturday, August 26, 2023. Time to be determined. Tickets for Thursday’s game can be exchanged for any remaining 2023 home game for the RailRiders by emailing rainout@swbrailriders.com.
