Ottawa will not have wide receiver Nate Behar (Achilles), offensive lineman Zach Pelehos (Healthy Scratch), defensive lineman Blessman Ta’ala (calf), linebacker Frankie Griffin (head), defensive back Brandin Dandridge (foot). Wide receiver Tevaun Smith (hamstring), linebacker Deshawn Stevens (head), and defensive back Douglas Coleman (head) are game-time decisions.

The Elks will not have defensive lineman Daniel Ross (elbow), and linebackers Eli Mencer (healthy scratch), and Woody Appolon (healthy scratch).
