The Calgary Stampeders signed defensive linemen Will Choloh and Toby Ndukwe, linebacker Adarius Taylor, and defensive backs Clifford Chattman and Tyler Richardson.
Will Choloh is six foot and weighs 282 pounds. The 23-year-old from Monrovia, Liberia, played five seasons at Troy (2018-22) with 220 tackles (84 solo, 116 assists), 34 tackles for loss, 20.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, and three blocked kicks in 62 games for the Trojans. He was a three-time Second Team All-Sun Belt Conference.
Toby Ndukwe is six foot one and weighs 236 pounds. The 24-year-old from Richmond, Texas, signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as an undrafted free agent in 2023. He played three preseason games with five tackles (5 solo) and one sack for the Steelers.
Collegiately, Ndukwe played four seasons at Southern Methodist University (2018-21) with 26 tackles (12 solo, 14 assists), six tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, and one fumble recovery in 43 games for the Mustangs.
Then, he transferred to Sam Houston State in 2022 with 28 tackles (16 solo, 12 assists), nine tackles for loss, half a sack, one interception for nine yards, and three pass breakups in eight games for the Bearkats.
Adarius Taylor is five foot eleven and weighs 233 pounds. The 33-year-old from Bartow, Florida, played 88 games in the NFL for the Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Cleveland Browns with 145 tackles (97 solo, 48 assists), two sacks, one interception for seven yards, three forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, and one touchdown. The Panthers signed Taylor as an undrafted free agent in 2014.
Collegiately, Taylor played two seasons at Eastern Arizona College (2010-11) with 85 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles for the Gila Monsters. He was named first-team All-Conference and All-Region as a sophomore. Then, he transferred to Florida Atlantic (2012-13) with 149 tackles (80 solo, 69 assists), 3.5 sacks, two interceptions for 44 yards, one touchdown, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 24 games, of which 11 were starts for the Owls.
Clifford Chattman is six foot five and weighs 198 pounds. The 26-year-old from New Orleans, Louisiana, signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2023. He played three preseason games with seven tackles (6 solo, 1 assist) and one sack for the Falcons.
Collegiately, Chattman played three seasons at Texas A&M (2016-17, 2019) with 35 tackles (19 solo, 16 assists), one interception, six pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 26 games for the Aggies. Then, Chattman transferred to the University of Texas-San Antonio (2021-22) with 90 tackles (59 solo, 31 assists), two tackles for loss, half a sack, five interceptions for 78 yards, 15 pass breakups, and one pass breakup in 18 games for the Roadrunners.
Tyler Richardson is five foot ten and weighs 188 pounds. The 24-year-old from Cincinnati, Ohio, attended rookie minicamp for the Indianapolis Colts in 2023.
Collegiately, Richardson played four seasons at Tiffin University (2019-22) with 112 tackles (68 solo, 44 assists), 1.5 tackles for loss, half a sack, one fumble recovery, three interceptions for 39 yards, and 18 pass breakups in 37 games for the Dragons.
